We are looking for a Zscaler Support Engineer with 12 years of experience and basic technical knowledge to support and troubleshoot Zscaler environments.
Location : Pune and Mumbai
Key Requirements
Basic knowledge of Networking concepts
Hands-on experience with Zscaler Console (ZIA/ZPA)
Basic troubleshooting skills for proxy and connectivity issues
Understanding of user access and authentication-related issues
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Responsibilities
Monitor and support Zscaler services
Troubleshoot basic proxy and internet access issues
Assist users with Zscaler-related incidents and requests
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
