Job Summary

Roljack Asia Limited is looking for a motivated and organized Sales Assistant to support our sales team in managing customer inquiries, sales coordination, documentation, and day-to-day sales activities.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable working with customers and internal teams, and have a proactive approach to achieving sales and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day sales activities and customer coordination.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Prepare and maintain quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, accounts, and other departments to ensure smooth order processing.




- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS reports, and other management information.
- Support the sales team in identifying potential customers and business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers and assist with their requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and pending customer requests.
- Perform other sales and administrative tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
