About the Role

This is a multidisciplinary role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to rapid-moving environments and wants to work closely with a founder building multiple ventures. As the Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator, you will become a central point of coordination across founder support, hiring, operations, project management, and day-to-day execution. We are looking for someone interested in growing alongside us over the long term and taking on increasing responsibility as the organisation evolves.

Mentors students aged 6–16 through personalised, long-term guidance across academics, extracurricular development, emotional wellbeing, and career exploration. Works with families across India, the Middle East, Singapore, the UK, and beyond. What You Will Do
