We are looking for a Senior Network & Kubernetes Migration Specialist (6–9 years experience) to lead and execute large-scale AWS network and container platform migration initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in AWS networking, enterprise hybrid connectivity, and robust hands-on experience with Amazon EKS from both infrastructure and application perspectives.

1. AWS Network Architecture & Migration
Lead end-to-end migration of on-premises and hybrid network environments to AWS.
Design complex AWS networking architectures including multi-account VPC strategy, subnet segmentation, routing, NAT, IGW, and load balancing.
Architect and implement AWS Transit Gateway (hub-and-spoke, inter-region, multi-account connectivity).
Design hybrid connectivity using AWS Direct Connect, Site-to-Site VPN, and BGP routing.
Perform network segmentation aligned with zero-trust principles.
Lead migration risk assessment, rollback planning, and phased cutover strategies.
Optimize network cost, latency, and high availability post migration.

2. Security & Governance




Define and enforce enterprise-grade security policies using Security Groups, NACLs, AWS Network Firewall, and third-party firewalls.
Implement inspection VPC and centralized egress architectures.
Collaborate with security teams on compliance and regulatory requirements.
Implement guardrails using SCPs and IAM boundaries.

3. Amazon EKS – Infrastructure Perspective
Design and operate production-grade Amazon EKS clusters.
Architect multi-cluster and multi-environment EKS strategies.
Design cluster networking (CNI, IP management, pod density planning).
Optimize VPC CNI, prefix delegation, and subnet sizing.
Implement cluster autoscaling using Karpenter and Cluster Autoscaler.
Manage node lifecycle, taints/tolerations, and capacity planning.
Implement IRSA (IAM Roles for Service Accounts).
Upgrade and patch Kubernetes clusters with minimal downtime.
