Hotel AK International Hiring: Receptionist

Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional manner.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage guest reservations, room bookings, and cancellations.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest records and front-desk documentation.
- Process payments and maintain billing accuracy.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in hotel reception or front-office operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.




- Good spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel booking systems.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Well-groomed, punctual, responsible, and professional.
- Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills may also apply.
