Roles and Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on Yokogawa DCS systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Conduct loop checks to identify potential issues before they become major problems, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Modbus, Profibus, and Profinet communication protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement preventative maintenance schedules and optimize system efficiency.

Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in industrial automation engineering or a related field.
- Solid understanding of Yokogawa DCS systems, including programming and configuration.
- Experience with Modbus, Profibus, and Profinet communication protocols for industrial automation applications.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan

Required Skills:
- Yokogawa DCS (CENTUM VP/CS3000)
- DCS Logic Programming & Modifications
- Loop Checking / Loop Tuning
- Interlock & Cause-Effect Changes
- DCS Troubleshooting & Maintenance
- Commissioning and Startup Support
- Chemical / Petrochemical Plant Experience Preferred
