Project Manager (Software Development & IT Applications)

Experience

Minimum 1014 years of experience in Software Development, Enterprise Web Applications, IT Project Management, or Digital Transformation, with at least 6 years of experience managing software development projects and application support teams.

Role Overview

The Project Manager shall be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering enterprise software development and application maintenance projects. The role involves managing software development teams, coordinating with business stakeholders, overseeing vendors, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and maintaining high availability of enterprise web applications.

The candidate should possess robust experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Waterfall methodologies, application maintenance, database management, system integration, IT governance, and project planning.

The Project Manager will coordinate development, enhancement, maintenance, security,



and support activities for web-based applications developed primarily using ASP.NET technologies with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases.

Scope of Work
- Manage end-to-end software development projects from requirement gathering to production deployment.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise web applications.
- Manage application enhancement requests and production support activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of applications.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage software releases, version control, and deployment schedules.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and quality standards.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
