Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Billing (Civil) to handle project billing, quantity measurement, contractor/subcontractor billing, BOQ verification, and commercial documentation for residential and commercial real-estate projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify RA bills, subcontractor bills, and client bills.
- Check quantities against BOQ, approved drawings, specifications, and actual site execution.
- Conduct site measurements and verify work executed.
- Prepare BOQ, rate analysis, quantity reconciliation, and variation statements.
- Check contractor bills, work orders, measurement sheets, and supporting documents.
- Identify and evaluate extra items, deviations, and variations.
- Coordinate with Project, Planning, Contracts, Procurement, and Accounts teams.




- Track executed quantities against approved BOQ and drawings.
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, reconciliation statements, and other commercial documentation.
- Ensure timely submission and certification of bills.
- Assist in cost monitoring and commercial control.
- Support final billing, contractor reconciliation, and project closure.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Civil Billing, BOQ, Quantity Surveying, and Rate Analysis.
- Valuable understanding of RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- ERP experience in 4QT or Farvision is preferred.
- Strong analytical, numerical, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Prior experience in residential/commercial real-estate projects preferred.
