*Consolidate site-level data into project-level schedules and reports, support master schedule maintenance, and act as the analytical/reporting backbone connecting site execution with leadership and client reporting.*
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and update the project master schedule (L2/L3) in Primavera P6 based on inputs consolidated from site
- Consolidate site-wise DPR/WPR into project-level MIS, dashboards, and client-facing reports
- Prepare monthly progress reports, S-curves, and progress photographs/documentation packages
- Track procurement, engineering, and Full Kit status against schedule and flag interface risks to site
- Support preparation of client/management presentations (progress review, monthly business review, EPC council decks)
- Assist in schedule risk analysis, delay analysis, and what-if scenario planning
- Maintain document control trackers (submittal schedules, RFI/TQ trackers) at project level
- Support liquidation and resource deployment planning (manpower/machinery) at project level using Excel-based tools
- Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, QA/QC, and Commissioning teams for cross-functional schedule inputs
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Primavera P6 (schedule updating, resource loading, basic reporting) hands-on preferred
- Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts); PowerPoint for reporting/presentations
- Understanding of EPC project lifecycle: engineering procurement construction commissioning
- Analytical mindset to interpret data trends and flag risks proactively
- Robust written communication for report/presentation preparation
QUALIFICATIONS
- B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent
- 6 – 10 years in planning/project controls, preferably with HO/central planning exposure in EPC (Solar/Power/Infrastructure/Oil & Gas)
