Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead presentations to networks, streaming platforms, and investors to secure funding or co-production deals
- Serve as the main point of contact for network executives, managing their creative notes without compromising the project's integrity
- Act as the final arbitrator when creative differences arise between directors, writers, or executive producers
- Partner with the Head of Production and Executive Producers to balance ambitious creative visions with strict financial constraints
- Network and source writers for all pipeline projects and pitch
- Guide the writing team during early development to ensure script structure, pacing, and character arcs are solid
- Responsible for main characters casting including financials and contract terms
- Review dailies during principal photography to ensure the director is executing the agreed-upon vision.
