Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop current products from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and manufacturing experts to create innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
- Develop detailed designs using Catia, Solid Works, UG NX software for sheet metal components and assemblies.
- Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders throughout the entire NPD process.
Job Requirements :
- 7-14 years of experience in New Product Development (NPD) in the auto components industry.
- Strong understanding of design development, welding processes, stamping techniques, and sheet metal fabrication.
- Proficiency in CATIA V5 or similar CAD/CAM software; knowledge of Solid Works is an added advantage.
