Role Description
The International Customer Support role at TaskUs is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the team member will interact with global customers through various communication channels, address inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.



Daily tasks include troubleshooting account or technical problems, documenting interactions, escalating complex cases when necessary, and ensuring timely follow-up. The role also involves maintaining high customer satisfaction standards, adhering to process guidelines, and collaborating with colleagues and leaders to improve service quality. Team members are expected to consistently represent client brands with empathy, clarity, and accuracy.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills.
- Excellent communication with diverse international customers.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shifts.
- 6 months experience in international voice.
- Work from office.
- CTC- 25k-35k
