About the Role

Nethority Technologies is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive / Sales Development Representative with experience in selling IT services or software products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a proven ability to generate qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound prospecting.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the business development team.
- Generate new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Understand client requirements and effectively position Nethority’s IT services and digital solutions.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships until handover or closure.




- Achieve monthly lead generation and meeting booking targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to maximize conversion opportunities.

Must-Have Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Inside Sales.
- Mandatory experience in the IT industry (IT Services, SaaS, Software Products, Digital Solutions, AI, Web or

Mobile Development).
- Experience selling IT services or software products is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, and appointment setting.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.

Preferred
- Experience working with international clients (UK, US).
- Knowledge of digital transformation, AI, web development, mobile applications, or digital marketing services.
