Job Description Validator

Avanto is a growing company dedicated to the processing and capture of BackOffice data that focuses on directing our clients from the contract office furniture industry to the modern era by eliminating inefficient processes using our platforms. We are looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial, and motivated person for a Data Validator position to work and collaborate in the growth of our company. You will be responsible, among other things, for verifying the automatic capture of documents, ensuring that the captured fields are accurate, verifying the correct separation of documents correcting the data when necessary and providing a control quality of document capture and indexing.

The validator will inform their immediate supervisor of inconsistencies and improvements necessary to help the automatic capture process and therefore the indexing of the same.



You will work closely with the heads of infrastructure and platforms; in some cases, with the processing area, so robust communication skills are essential. Our mission is to help and improve the document capture process and meet quality standards and deliver results on time.

Validator:

The document Validator at Avanto is responsible for ensuring that the information and data capture of our clients' documents is accurate.

Responsibilities
- Validate and classify documents accurately.
- Identify and report data inconsistencies or errors.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of submitted data.
- Maintain and update process documentation.
- Suggest process improvements based on findings.
