We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Representative to drive sales and market development for Home Care & Detergent products across Nagpur and Nagpur rural markets. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the distribution network, developing new markets, maintaining relationships with retailers and distributors, and achieving sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets for Home Care & Detergent products.
2. Develop and expand the customer base across Nagpur city and rural markets.
3. Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
5. Conduct regular market visits and promote products, ensuring proper product visibility and merchandising.
6. Generate orders and follow up for timely order execution and product availability.
7. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products, and market trends.
8. Follow up with distributors/customers for timely payments and outstanding collections.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatches, and customer-related issues.
10. Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, collections, market visits, and customer feedback.
11. Submit regular sales and market visit reports to the reporting manager.
12. Provide feedback on market conditions, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
13. Ensure adherence to company sales processes and policies.
14. Perform other sales and market development activities as assigned by management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. 25 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in Home Care, Detergent, or Consumer Products.
2. Experience in handling distributors, dealers, and retail networks will be an added advantage.
3. Good knowledge of FMCG sales and distribution.
4. Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
