We are seeking an experienced and passionate
Primary Homeroom Teacher (HRT)
for
Grade 1
to join our team at our
Jubilee Hills and Janwada Campuses
.

The ideal candidate must have experience teaching under the
Cambridge and/or IB (International Baccalaureate) curriculum
, with a strong understanding of inquiry-based, concept-driven, and student-centered learning approaches.

As a Homeroom Teacher, you will be responsible for the overall academic, social, and emotional development of your class while delivering high-quality instruction aligned with international standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with
Cambridge and/or IB Primary Years frameworks
across core primary subjects (English, Math, EVS/Science) etc.
- Implement inquiry-based and transdisciplinary teaching strategies
- Create a structured, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment




- Monitor and assess student progress using formative and summative assessment methods
- Maintain detailed student records and prepare progress reports
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development
- Support students’ social-emotional growth and well-being
- Participate in curriculum planning, school events, and professional development

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching Cambridge and/or IB Primary curriculum
- Solid understanding of international curriculum standards
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to foster critical thinking and conceptual understanding
- Passion for working with young learners
