Job Title: Tender Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process and drive business growth through government sector contracts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing competitive bids, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely submission of tender documents.

Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant tender opportunities (Government Sector)
- Analyze tender requirements, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents within deadlines
- Coordinate with technical, finance, and operations teams for accurate documentation
- Coordinate with OEMs for documentation and Quotes.
- Prepare cost estimates and pricing proposals in line with company strategy
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits when required
- Maintain records of tenders, submissions, and results thoroughly
- Track bid status and follow up with clients
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory,



and company requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and procurement departments

Required Education
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or sales (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of government tender portals and e-procurement systems, GEM
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Robust Organisational Skills.
- Good Documentation Skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in handling GeM/State/Central Government tenders
- Knowledge of contract terms, compliance requirements, and legal documentation
- Background in Broadcast /AV/ CCTV/ Solar/Green Energy.
