Ranka Jewellers – Sales Associate / Retail Associate

Location: Kharadi, Pune
Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and result-oriented Sales Associates / Retail Associates to join our retail team at our Kharadi, Pune location.

Candidates with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service are welcome. Previous experience in sales, retail, or the jewellery industry is preferred, but freshers are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences, requirements, and budget.
- Explain product features, designs, collections, pricing, and other relevant details.
- Guide customers throughout the purchase process and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain proper product displays and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer queries, billing support, and coordinate after-sales services.
- Stay updated with new jewellery collections, designs, trends,



and product knowledge.
- Ensure a professional, welcoming, and premium customer experience at all times.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Graduation in any discipline will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, or jewellery sales is preferred.
- Jewellery retail experience will be considered an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred; billing software experience is a plus.
