About the Role:

Macsen Aviation is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our in-house creative team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the creative industry and be passionate about producing engaging, high-quality video content for digital platforms. You should be capable of transforming raw footage into compelling videos, creating attention-grabbing reels, and delivering content that aligns with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit raw video footage into polished, qualified-quality videos.
- Create engaging short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media videos.
- Add creative transitions, motion graphics, text animations, sound effects, and music to enhance storytelling.
- Develop visually appealing edits with multiple camera angles and creative pacing.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce promotional and branding content.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards.
- Organize and manage video assets efficiently.




- Stay updated with the latest editing trends, social media content styles, and video production techniques.
- Take on dynamic responsibilities and adapt to changing business requirements, priorities, and operational needs as required.

Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing within a creative agency, production house, media company, or similar creative environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software.
- Strong understanding of colour correction, audio synchronization, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous video editing work is mandatory.
- Ability to shoot high-quality videos using DSLR, mirrorless cameras, or professional video equipm
