About the Role

BankSathi is looking for a data-driven Growth & Marketing associate to drive user engagement, activation, and revenue growth through automation, lifecycle marketing, and targeted campaigns.

The role will focus on building automated user journeys, customer segmentation, cross-sell and up-sell strategies, and multi-channel communication campaigns to improve advisor productivity and customer conversions on the platform.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of growth marketing and lifecycle marketing
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
- Ability to analyze user behavior and segmentation data
- Knowledge of multi-channel campaign management
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

Set Automation
- Design and implement automated user journeys across the user lifecycle (Onboarding → Activation → First Txn → Repeat txn).
- Set up trigger-based automation for nudges, reminders,



and engagement campaigns.
- Optimize automation flows to improve user activation and retention.

Customer Profiling & Segmentation
- Develop user segmentation models based on behavior, activity, and transaction data.
- Create targeted segments for cross-sell, up-sell, and engagement campaigns.
- Continuously refine segmentation to improve campaign performance and conversions.

Cross-Sell & Up-Sell Strategy
- Identify opportunities to promote multiple financial products to users.
- Build campaigns to encourage product diversification and repeat sales.
- Improve revenue per user through effective cross-selling strategies.

Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute
growth campaigns

for product promotion, offers, and engagement.
- Run campaigns across multiple channels including:
- Push notifications
- WhatsApp
- SMS
- Email
- In-app messaging
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on results.
