We're looking for a Senior Business Development Associate who can identify opportunities, generate high-quality leads, build strategic partnerships, and contribute directly to our growth journey.

What You'll Do
- Drive end-to-end business development activities, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Identify and connect with colleges, universities, training institutes, and corporate partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value of our platform.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.




- Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and digital channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve customer acquisition strategies.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close partnerships.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Gather customer feedback and share market insights with internal teams.

What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, or Partnerships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation and revenue growth.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Comfortable handling B2B sales cycles independently.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
- Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.
- Experience working in a startup
