Role Description
The Software Support role at PInterview is a full time, remote position responsible for assisting users with technical and functional issues related to the platform. Day-to-day tasks include responding to support requests via email, chat, or phone, diagnosing and resolving software-related problems, and guiding users through features,



account setup, and system configurations. The role involves documenting incidents, tracking recurring issues, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to report bugs and suggest improvements. The Software Support specialist will also create and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and simple how-to guides, while ensuring a positive, solution-oriented experience for all users.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support skills, with the ability to handle inquiries calmly and professionally and communicate clearly with diverse users.
- Demonstrated Technical Support and Software Support experience, including familiarity with web-based platforms and common user environment issues.
- Solid Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills to identify root causes, prioritize issues, and propose effective solutions.
- Comfort working with ticketing or helpdesk tools and documenting cases in a structured
