About the Role

We're hiring an Operations Associate to work across our core functions - sourcing, logistics, and documentation. If you're someone who figures things out, communicates clearly, and takes ownership without needing to be hand-held - this is built for you.

What You'll Do
- Support active client engagements across sourcing, freight, and customs workflows
- Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, and China-based partners via email and WhatsApp
- Track shipments, flag delays, and ensure documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, BEs) is complete and accurate
- Help prepare RFIs, vendor outreach emails, and client-facing status updates
- Research suppliers, regulations, or market data as needed by the team
- Maintain trackers, logs, and shared files so nothing falls through the cracks

About You
- 1-2 years of work experience in any field: logistics, e-commerce, consulting, operations, or similar
- Strong written and spoken English - you'll be emailing clients and international vendors




- Sharp and curious - you pick up new domains quickly and don't need everything explained twice
- Organised and dependable; you close loops, not open them
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic tools; everything else we'll teach
- Supply chain or trade background is a plus, not a requirement
