Job Summary:

Master Marine Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a Pricing Executive with experience in the Shipping, Freight Forwarding, or CHA industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling pricing activities, RFQs, tenders, and commercial quotations for shipping, logistics, and marine-related services.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle RFQs, tenders, and pricing enquiries from customers.

Prepare and submit competitive quotations for shipping, and logistics services like Container Survey, Lashing & Choking, Stevedoring, expert Manning services, Bunker Survey,

Coordinate with shipping lines, CFS, ICD, Shippers for confirmation of Contract.

Analyze market trends and maintain updated rate sheets.

Negotiate rates with vendors and service providers to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.

Support the Leadership/sales team with timely quotations and commercial proposals.





Ensure accurate costing and compliance with customer requirements during RFQ and tender submissions.

Coordinate with operations and commercial teams for service feasibility and execution.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in any discipline.

3-6 years of experience in Pricing, Tender Management, RFQ Handling, or Commercial Operations within the Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or CHA industry.

Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping services, container operations, and marine logistics.

Experience in pricing services related to lashing & choking, stevedoring, hazardous cargo, bunker surveys, and container surveys, ODC cargo.

Good understanding of shipping documentation and logistics processes.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Robust analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
