Role Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of interior fitout projects—from
planning for the final handover. This includes ownership of timelines, client relationships,
financial performance, and execution quality.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Control
- Develop and manage project schedules using Gantt charts and critical path planning
- Track project health through KPIs and dashboards
- Identify risks early and implement corrective actions
- Manage change orders with schedule and budget impact
- Conduct post-project reviews
Client Ownership
- Act as primary point of contact for clients
- Manage approvals and milestone sign-offs
- Resolve issues proactively
- Drive client satisfaction and repeat business
Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate design, procurement, and site teams
- Ensure execution aligns with drawings and timelines
- Conduct site reviews
- Drive accountability across stakeholders
Billing & Financial Management
- Manage billing cycles, RA bills, and invoicing
- Track cash flow, payments, and collections
- Monitor financial performance via ERP systems
Quality & Compliance
- Implement QA/QC standards
- Ensure compliance with codes and specifications
- Drive snag closure before handover
Cost Control
- Track costs vs budgets
- Control overruns
- Negotiate with vendors
- Drive value engineering

Required Skills
- Engineering/Architecture degree
- 5–8 years managing interior fitout projects (₹5–50 Cr)
- Client management and multi-project handling
- Understanding of BOQs, contracts, and billing
- Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, Excel, ERP tools
