Position Summary

Le Royal Park, Puducherry is looking for a warm, confident, and guest-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our Front Office team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming experience for guests, handling their requests and concerns, and maintaining high standards of hospitality throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
- Provide personalized assistance to guests and ensure a comfortable hotel experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Follow up on guest requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Assist VIPs, repeat guests, and guests with special requirements.
- Conduct courtesy calls and obtain guest feedback regarding their stay.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering,



and other departments.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, requests, and complaints.
- Assist with check-in, check-out, and other Front Office activities when required.
- Explain and promote hotel facilities, restaurants, services, and special offers.
- Assist guests with local information, transportation, and general travel-related requirements.
- Handle guest complaints diplomatically and escalate issues to the appropriate manager when necessary.
- Ensure qualified grooming and adherence to hotel service standards.
- Support the hotel team in achieving guest satisfaction and maintaining positive guest reviews.
- Assist with special occasions, celebrations, and personalized guest arrangements.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar hospit
