The Sales Consultant is responsible for generating and converting vehicle sales enquiries for Electric Vehicles (EV), Personnel Vehicles (PV), and Commercial Vehicles (CV). The role involves customer handling, product demonstration, test drives, lead follow-up, quotation and negotiation, finance/insurance coordination, booking, and delivery support while achieving assigned sales targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and professionally manage showroom, online, telephone, referral, digital, and field enquiries while understanding customer requirements, budget, usage, and purchase preferences.
- Recommend suitable EV, Personel Vehicle (PV), and Commercial Vehicle (CV) models and variants based on customer needs and application.
- Provide accurate information on vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers, warranty, finance, insurance, accessories, and after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by converting enquiries into test drives, bookings, and retail deliveries.




- Maintain robust knowledge of EV technology, battery performance, driving range, charging requirements, charging infrastructure, warranty, running costs, maintenance, and ownership benefits.
- Educate EV customers on home/public charging, charging time, regenerative braking, driving modes, battery life, range, resale value, and applicable schemes or incentives as per company guidelines.
- Understand PV and CV applications and recommend suitable vehicles based on customer requirements, including load capacity, route, mileage, operating cost, and business usage for CV customers.
- Manage leads from showroom walk-ins, digital platforms, OEM portals, tele-calling, campaigns, referrals, and field activities, ensuring timely response and regular follow-up.
- Monitor lead ageing, maintain accurate CRM/DMS records, and analyze lost leads to improve conversion.
