Fashion/Apparel Designer – Scrub Suits (Fresh Graduate)

Full-time | Mumbai

We’re a new D2C scrub suit brand built for comfort, function, and everyday wear in hospitals and clinical settings. We’re looking for a fresh graduate in Fashion/Apparel Design who’s excited to build a category-defining product from the ground up.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and refine patterns for our scrub suit range (tops, bottoms, unisex and fitted cuts) across a graded size range

• Work directly with our fabric (a technical poly-rayon-spandex blend) to translate its stretch and drape behavior into functional garment construction

• Design and iterate on functional details — pocket placement and capacity, seam construction for movement, stretch zone placement

• Collaborate with our sampling/manufacturing partner through fit sessions and sample iterations

• Support future SKU development as the product line expands

What we’re looking for:





• Degree in Fashion Design / Apparel Design / Textile Design (2025/2026 graduates welcome)

• Working knowledge of patternmaking (manual and/or CAD — Optitex, CLO3D, or similar)

• Robust understanding of fabric behavior, especially stretch/performance fabrics

• Detail-oriented, comfortable with iterative fit testing and hands-on sample reviews

• Interest in functional/technical apparel over pure fashion design a plus
