The Operation Head is responsible for managing and improving the overall operational performance of all Rail Rolls outlets. The role involves ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining food and service quality, controlling operational costs, managing outlet performance, ensuring SOP compliance, and supporting business expansion.

Key Responsibilities1. Overall Operations Management
- Manage and monitor the day-to-day operations of all outlets.
- Ensure all outlets operate according to company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and performance reviews.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Head Office and outlets.

2. Outlet Performance
- Monitor sales, manpower, productivity, customer service, food quality, and operational efficiency.
- Set operational targets and track outlet performance.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly outlet reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
