- Receive and handle customer complaints related to solar system performance and service.
- Understand and troubleshoot technical issues through phone/WhatsApp and site visits when required.
- Coordinate with service technicians and project teams for complaint resolution.
- Schedule and follow up on service visits.
- Monitor complaints until they are completely resolved.
- Maintain proper records of customer complaints, service visits, and resolutions.
- Provide technical guidance to customers regarding system operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Identify recurring technical issues and report them to the concerned team.
- Coordinate warranty-related service issues with suppliers when required.
- Ensure timely customer feedback and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Prepare daily/weekly service reports and update management on pending complaints.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
