Job Summary: Vedvana Wellness is seeking an experienced and agile Resort Manager responsible for overseeing the overall operations, guest experience, team management, and business performance of the wellness resort. The candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Ayurveda, Therapies, F&B;, Guest Relations, and Maintenance while maintaining high hospitality and wellness service standards. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, guest-handling abilities, and a customer-centric approach to create a premium wellness and hospitality experience for guests. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, team management capabilities, operational understanding, and experience in hospitality or wellness resort management.
Key Responsibilities:
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT • Oversee daily resort operations and ensure smooth coordination between all departments. • Maintain high standards of hospitality, guest services, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. • Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, wellness protocols, and service standards. • Monitor occupancy, guest flow, room readiness, and overall resort functionality. • Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless service delivery.
GUEST EXPERIENCE & RELATIONS • Ensure exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure. • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently. • Maintain personalized guest engagement and relationship-building. • Ensure wellness guests receive proper guidance and support during their stay. • Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement improvement initiatives.
