About the Role

*Green Hill Group* is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team in Siliguri.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, customer handling, site visits, property presentations and closing deals. The candidate will be responsible for converting enquiries and leads into site visits and successful property bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up with prospective property buyers.
- Conduct on-site property visits and explain project features, specifications, pricing and payment plans.
- Generate and manage leads through assigned channels and personal networking.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up consistently through calls,



WhatsApp and in-person meetings.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing and management teams for lead conversion.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Stay updated about current projects, pricing, inventory and competitor offerings.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the Siliguri real estate market will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to handle property enquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Comfortable conducting regular in office meetings and property visits.
