Job Title: Associate – Customer Support (Chat Process)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to manage inbound customer queries and deliver excellent service. The role involves handling customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, resolving concerns effectively, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer queries.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a skilled manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide clear and accurate product/service information
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months to 5 years in online sales or customer support (preferred but not mandatory)
- Candidates from any background with an interest in customer support are welcome to apply
- Excellent speaking and writing skills are required
- Graduation preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good problem-solving ability and patience
