Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Relationship Manager to join our team in Warangal. This role is responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Proactively identify, acquire, and onboard new clients in the Warangal region through various channels, including referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
* Manage and grow an existing portfolio of client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
* Conduct thorough financial needs assessments for clients, understanding their current financial situation, future aspirations, and risk appetite.
* Offer and explain a range of financial products and services, including investments, loans, insurance, and other relevant solutions, aligning with client needs and company offerings.
* Develop and present customized financial plans and proposals to clients, clearly outlining benefits and potential outcomes.




* Regularly review client portfolios and financial situations, providing ongoing advice and making adjustments as needed.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
* Stay up-to-date with market trends, financial regulations, and company product offerings to provide accurate and relevant advice.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product specialists, operations) to deliver comprehensive solutions and support to clients.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
* Adhere to all compliance and ethical guidelines set forth by the company and regulatory bodies.
