Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.

- Maintain accurate customer records, preferences, communication history, and service issues in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and support teams to address customer requirements.
- Inform customers about current products, services, offers, and company updates.
- Identify suitable upselling, cross-selling, renewal, and retention opportunities.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to management and relevant departments.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze the results.

- Prepare regular reports on customer activity, issues, feedback, and opportunities.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.

- Maintain professional communication with customers through phone, email, online platforms, and in-person meetings.

Required Qualifications
