Work timings: 10:30 Am - 7:30 Pm

Work days: Mon - Sat ( 2nd Sat - WFH , 4th Saturday - OFF)

*ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*

1. Influencer Sourcing and Shortlisting

This responsibility covers identifying, filtering, and finalizing the right influencers for different campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create a Google Form for each campaign to collect influencer details.
- Circulate the form across relevant influencer communities and internal databases to gather responses.
- Scout influencers manually based on campaign requirements and brand fit.




- Reach out to potential influencers directly to check interest and availability.
- Maintain and regularly update the influencer database in Google Sheets

2. Commercial Negotiation and Finalization

This involves closing influencers within the allocated budget while maintaining agency margins.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clearly communicate deliverables including type of content, number of posts, usage rights, exclusivity, and timelines.
- Negotiate commercials aligned with campaign budget and internal margin expectations.
- Confirm final rates and deliverables in written format.
- Update campaign tracker with finalized commercials and deliverables.

3. Campaign Execution and Coordination

This stage ensures smooth execution once influencers are finalized.
