Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Qualification: Graduate (LLB preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
- Security Trustee transaction handling
- Charge creation & satisfaction (CERSAI)
- Share pledge & unpledge process
- Custody of original documents
- NOC preparation & security release
- Documentation & compliance
- ERP/MIS management
- Coordination with Legal, Compliance, Banks & Clients

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates with experience in Security Trustee, Trusteeship Operations, Loan Documentation, Collateral Management, CERSAI, Pledge/Unpledge, Security Creation, Charge Registration, Escrow Operations, Structured Finance, Corporate Lending Operations, or Transaction Management will be preferred.
