Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop new products using Creo software, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes throughout the product development process.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of designed products to ensure quality, reliability, and performance.
- Develop detailed documentation of designs, specifications, and test results for use in Windchill system.

Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in NPD (Current Product Development) engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in Creo software for plastic design and casting processes.
- Experience with GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles for precise component specification.
- Strong understanding of product validation techniques including prototyping, testing, and analysis.
