Please find below Job Description:
- Adherence to SLAs and Statutory compliance.
- Timely payment collection
- Resolved grievances of Stakeholders
- Development of selected team members in accordance with Succession Plan.




- Periodically revisit existing processes of Operations and refine as necessary
- Identify Improvement areas based on the Monthly Performance Data
- Planning, communication, coordination and follow-up with Operations team.
- Provide appropriate decisions during day to day business operations.
- Conduct periodical review meetings in accordance with Business requirements and/ or specific project requirements
- Provide necessary hand-holding and empowerment to Operations team members
- Ensure effective resolution of Customer Grievances/ Complaints
- Approve roles, responsibilities and authority for Operations Team member.
- follow ups, payments , invoice, collection.
