Role Description
The Inside Sales Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role involves engaging with prospective students via calls, emails, and messaging to understand their education and career goals, and to present suitable online programs and university options. The associate will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead qualification,



solution-based pitching, follow-ups, and conversion to enrollment, while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with counseling and mentoring teams, ensuring timely responses, and addressing queries to deliver a positive experience. The role also requires meeting individual and team targets, gathering feedback from learners, and contributing to continuous improvement in processes and student satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills, including consultative selling and handling end-to-end sales cycles.
