About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in BPO/volume hiring and a strong ability to source, screen, and close candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO/voice/non-voice positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen candidates based on eligibility and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
- Drive candidates from selection to joining.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.




- Coordinate with hiring managers and operations teams.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements
- 12 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO/volume hiring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good candidate engagement and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
