We are looking for an experienced
Java Tech Lead
with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices and Kafka, along with prior technical leadership experience.

? Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure and high-performing enterprise applications

• Provide technical direction and guide a team of Java engineers

• Develop and maintain applications using
Java & Spring Boot

• Design and develop
RESTful APIs and Microservices

• Build event-driven integrations using
Apache Kafka

• Design and support internal and external system integrations

• Lead code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization and technical decision-making

• Mentor junior and mid-level developers

• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Design and optimize database queries and data models





• Support scheduled/batch processing and enterprise reporting solutions

• Ensure coding standards, security practices and Agile/Scrum practices are followed

Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of Java development experience
- Strong Spring Boot & Microservices experience
- Hands-on REST API development
- Apache Kafka / event-driven architecture
- PostgreSQL and/or Oracle SQL/PLSQL
- Hibernate/JPA and preferably MyBatis
- Enterprise system/integration experience
- Prior Tech Lead / Technical Leadership experience
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum
