Roles and Responsibilities :
- The B2B Revenue Assurance analyst will be responsible for driving end-to-end revenue assurance across Airtel Africa's Enterprise (B2B) business portfolio covering Enterprise, Fiberco and Data Center. The products would include Leased Line, NaaS, Starlink, CPaaS (Bulk SMS), FTTx, Handset Bundled offer, Wholesale Billing, IRU, Collocation, etc
- The incumbent will work closely with Commercial, Product, Technology, Billing, Finance, IT, Network, and Operating Country teams to design and implement preventive and detective controls that eliminate revenue leakage across the entire B2B customer lifecycle, from product setup and provisioning to usage collection, rating, billing, invoicing, collections, and partner settlements.




- The individual will lead strategic assurance initiatives, strengthen controls, drive automation, identify leakage opportunities, and ensure accurate reporting of financial impact and risk mitigation.

Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in fraud investigation
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, and visualizations.
- Robust understanding of contract management principles and practices.
- Experience with data analytics tools such as SQL or Power BI.
