We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to manage domestic and international client communication, develop business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and support the company's expansion into new markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with domestic and international clients through calls, email, and other business communication channels.
- Identify and develop current business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Understand client requirements and present relevant Altius Agro products and solutions.
- Generate, qualify, and manage prospective business leads.




- Conduct structured follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Schedule qualified client meetings and appointments with the Managing Director for further discussions.
- Coordinate with the Managing Director and internal team to ensure effective communication and timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, meetings, and business conversions.
- Support business development initiatives and expansion into new markets.
- Participate in relevant business meetings, events, and company activities when required.

Candidate Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, Client Acquisition, Lead Generation, or a related field.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong professional communication and client-handling abilities.
