Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints; build robust relationships with parents, vendors, and external partners, schedule consultations
- Handle inbound/outbound call
Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Immediate Joiner
- 1–7 years of experience in customer / client support
- Fluency in Telugu, English, Hindi is mandatory
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
