We specialize in handcrafted, customizable furniture and operate through a strong ecommerce model supported by performance marketing, SEO, email, social media, analytics, and content.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of paid acquisition, especially Google Ads, and make decisions based on data, profitability, and customer intent.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including:
- Standard Shopping
- Performance Max
- Search
- Demand Gen
- Remarketing
- Conduct detailed analysis at campaign, ad group, product, keyword, and search-term level.
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, conversion value, revenue, and profitability.
- Regularly identify:
- Wasted ad spend
- Irrelevant search terms
- Negative keyword opportunities




- High-performing products and categories
- Budget scaling opportunities
- Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center product feeds.
- Work with GA4, Google Ads conversion tracking, GTM, and attribution reports to ensure accurate measurement.
- Analyze landing-page and funnel performance and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates.
- Conduct competitor, keyword, audience, and market research.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommended actions.
- Coordinate with the SEO, content, design, development, and category teams.
- Stay updated with Google Ads automation, AI-driven campaign formats, tracking changes, and ecommerce advertising trends.

Must-Have Skills
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
- Strong experience managing ecommerce campaigns.
- Practical knowledge of Google Shopping, Search and Performance Max campaigns.
