Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons in business, entrepreneurship, and related subjects.
- Create lesson plans, course materials, projects, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
- Teach topics such as business models, marketing, finance, startups, innovation, leadership, and problem-solving.
- Mentor and guide students through practical business projects and business plan development.
- Incorporate real-world case studies, current trends, and guest lectures from entrepreneurs or industry professionals.
- Encourage students to think critically, take initiative, and develop entrepreneurial mindsets.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Organize business fairs, pitch competitions, or startup incubator programs.
- Collaborate with faculty and administration for curriculum development and continuous improvement.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning environment.

Qualifications




- Master’s degree in Commerce
- Experience 2 - 4 year in teaching experience.
- Mandatory experience in IB and IGCSE
- Strong knowledge of business concepts, entrepreneurship frameworks, and current market trends.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage students through innovative teaching methods and technology.
