About the Role

Looking for an experienced
Senior Manager – IT Infrastructure & Operations
to lead enterprise IT infrastructure, operations, and technical support functions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on and managerial experience across
Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, AWS/Azure, networking, security, IT service operations, and infrastructure troubleshooting
. The role will be responsible for ensuring highly available, secure, scalable, and reliable IT infrastructure supporting business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure and operations across servers, networks, cloud, virtualization, and end-user computing.
- Manage
Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File/Print Services, and related Microsoft infrastructure
.
- Oversee
VMware virtualization




environments and infrastructure availability.
- Manage and support
AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure
, including security, availability, and operational governance.
- Drive incident, problem, and change management for critical infrastructure services.
- Lead technical escalation and resolution of complex infrastructure and production issues.
- Manage network, firewall, VPN, connectivity, and security-related infrastructure in coordination with network/security teams.
- Ensure effective
backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, monitoring, and capacity planning
.
- Develop and implement infrastructure standards, policies, procedures, and operational best practices.
- Lead infrastructure projects, migrations, upgrades, and technology implementations.
- Manage vendors, technology partners, licenses, contracts, and service-level agreements.
- Mentor and develop IT infrastructure and support teams.
