About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience to design, build, and optimize scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, with exposure to Automotive Cloud considered a robust plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Apex (classes, triggers, batch, queueable, and scheduled jobs), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
- Develop declarative automation (Flows, approval processes) and know when to choose configuration over code.
- Own technical design documentation — solution design, data models, and integration specifications.




- Optimize performance through efficient SOQL/SOSL, governor-limit-aware design, and bulkified code.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX, and support sandbox and release management.
- Enforce security best practices — profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, FLS, and Shield where applicable.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root-cause analysis and preventive fixes.
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, estimation, demos, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6–8 years of Salesforce platform development experience.
- Expert-level Apex, LWC, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
- Strong experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) and integration patterns.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data
