- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and CXO-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to identify, qualify, and pursue business opportunities across various industry domains.
- Understand customer business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Prepare and manage RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses within defined timelines.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solution architectures aligned to business objectives.
- Develop technical proposals, solution documents, presentations, and architecture diagrams.
- Conduct solution demonstrations and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to showcase solution capabilities.
- Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and solution workshops.
- Lead technical defense presentations and address customer queries related to proposed solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies,



platforms, and architectural frameworks.
- Ensure proposed solutions adhere to security, scalability, performance, and compliance requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to delivery, engineering, and implementation teams.
- Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technology solutions.

Education & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-13 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or related roles.
